Access to bk1947 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. bk1947 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details you have provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bk1947 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
bk1947 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other stage deemed appropriate by the operator. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC to the Platform's satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.
bk1947 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All other rights are reserved by the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of the Platform by any third party. You must not:
bk1947 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or other circumstances may cause the Platform to be temporarily unavailable. The Platform will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.
All Account balances on bk1947 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of deposit.
bk1947 may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references for Pakistani users. The availability, processing times and specific conditions for each payment method are determined entirely by the operator and the respective payment provider. References to these payment providers do not imply endorsement of, affiliation with or support for gambling services by those institutions.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your Account are legitimately owned by you and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. The Platform may conduct checks to verify the source of funds and reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where the integrity of deposited funds cannot be established.
bk1947 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must be made through the payment methods supported by the operator at the relevant time. Deposits are generally credited to Accounts promptly upon confirmation, though processing times may vary by method. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of real-money funds in your Account Balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may only be withdrawn after all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. bk1947 reserves the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory verification of your identity, age and payment method. We will not impose unreasonable delays in completing verification where you have provided the required documentation promptly and accurately.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and operator conditions. bk1947 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Estimated timelines are displayed in the Platform cashier but may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party payment provider processing times, public holidays and the volume of pending requests.
Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the original deposit method where technically possible. The Platform reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific Bonus Terms, which are published alongside each offer. General eligibility conditions include: valid registration, compliance with KYC requirements, and account standing in good order at the time of bonus activation.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to Wagering Requirements specified in the relevant Bonus Terms. Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit stated in the applicable offer. Failure to satisfy Wagering Requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
bk1947 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused any promotional offer. Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet Wagering Requirements, or any other strategy determined by the operator to be contrary to the intent of the promotion.
bk1947 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited and accepted prior to modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, subject to continued compliance with those terms.
All bets and wagers are accepted at the Platform's discretion. bk1947 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time and without prior notice. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform.
In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds — including, but not limited to, odds that are clearly incorrect due to technical error — bk1947 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The Platform will not be held liable for losses arising from manifest errors, and Players are expected to notify the Platform promptly upon becoming aware of any potential error.
bk1947 offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments, Pakistan bilateral series and T20 competitions — as well as other sports and virtual events. All sports betting is subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and event type, as published in the Platform's sportsbook section.
Live in-play betting is subject to real-time market availability. The Platform may suspend live betting markets at any time, including during interruptions in the sporting event in question. Bets placed before a market is suspended will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that market.
All casino games available on bk1947 are provided by certified third-party gaming suppliers whose products use audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the relevant game providers and are available in the game information for each title.

You are granted a limited licence to access and display Platform content on your personal device solely for your personal use in connection with the Platform. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from bk1947.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk1947 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Real-money balances remaining after the settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via an eligible payment method, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.
bk1947 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; Player self-exclusion; or any other circumstance in which continued operation of the Account is not in the Platform's interest or is required by law. In such cases, bk1947 will act in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations regarding any outstanding balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
bk1947 does not operate under Pakistani law and does not claim to be licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Pakistani users accept these Terms on the understanding that they are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
bk1947 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.1 above.
Where an amendment is material, bk1947 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players through in-Platform notifications or by email to the address registered on the Account. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
